Road Work Ahead (2023)

I documented areas in Durham, North Carolina and Houston, Texas, undergoing planned development in response to population growth and congestion, resulting in the expansion of the highway system. This included interviewing residents about their experiences of the changing landscape, including a family facing eviction from their mobile home park, and collecting debris from a construction site.
Installed in the Rubenstein Arts Center at Duke University as part of the Interventions group show.
